Golcar Lily Sweets Menu

The following is an example of our Sweets Menu, which we change regularly.

Black cherry and sponge soaked in courvoisier brandy and set in jelly, smothered with custard, finished with whipped cream

A rich chocolate ganache set on a biscuit base and topped with Maltesers

Digestive biscuit topped with a light Mascapone and cream cheese filling, topped with raspberries and served on a bed of raspberry couli

Digestive crumb base, topped with toffee with a layer of bananas, then covered in whipped cream and sprinkled with chocolate

Tangy citrusy lemon filling on a sweet pastry base, ideal with vanilla ice cream

Home-made moist dark sponge of dates, slowly baked, with lashings of butter toffee sauce

Slowly melted chocolate served with a selection of fresh fruit and marshmellows, ideal for two to share!

Choose from: Vanilla with vanilla pods, Strawberry with strawberry pieces, Banana and ginger or Belgium bitter chocolate

 

Liqueur Coffee

Spirit or liqueur filled with fresh coffee and topped with fresh cream

 

Hot beverages
